Historically people in Britain have always met to share & discuss ideas over a brew. From the debates of the tea salons, to the coffee house hubs of the Enlightenment, right through to the modern workers when 16:00 is a tea time break without fail. Refreshing, refuelling & sharing ideas has been a cornerstone of everyday life in this country for centuries.
At our tea house we take inspiration from this ideas-sharing heritage. Whilst drawing on this tradition, at Pekoe Mellow teatime is done in our own way, ‘democratising’ the experience rather than enforcing formal rules of decorum. This is why at Pekoe Mellow teatime is opened up so all can enjoy it, together, at anytime.
We provide a range of events at Pekoe Mellow. The possibilities are growing all the time, so to keep up to date by checking this page regularly.
